ELI'S CABIN THE PARTY

Hey guys...so now it's time to talk about the party. You will see a color pallette above labeled FALL. These are the guide colors for what you are picking out to bring with you. A little to the left or right is certainly fine, but these kinds of burnt or autumn colors are what we want to see.

As for style...the look for the film is a hipster, retro, western vibe. Vintage western shirts, denim and suede vests over graphic tees, retro leather jackets and coats and some vintage jewelry thrown in for good measure. And just for fun let's throw in some camo to keep our carnivouous hunters happy. Channel Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson and Emmy Lou Harris, circa 1974, and you've got the idea. It's all a little gritty and a little raw, but a whole lot of a good look.

Everyone should bring several options of the following items:
Men
"Redneck" jeans (The basics: Levi's, Lee, Wrangler etc. Nothing too "hip" or "street" looking)
Dickies/workpants/camo pants
Cool vintage polyester pants
Vintage western shirts/western button front shirts
Henleys/thermal pullovers/long sleeve tees/short sleeve tees
Suede, denim and leather vests
Suede, denim and leather jackets and coats
Cowboy hats and boots (vintage or current)
Don't forget your great distressed leather belts and big-as-a-plate belt buckles and
your rocking jewelry and accessories

Women
Sexy dresses, tops and tanks (but sexy in a less obvious way, we are in the woods, not 2nd Ave)
Jeans/skirts
shoes and boots
suede, denim and leather jackets, coats and vests
Vintage western shirts/western blouses
Cowboy hats and boots (vintage or current)
Don't leave home without all the vintage and retro jewelry that I know you've got, and bring us a belt with a big 'ole buckle on it

We look forward to meeting all of you. Remember the color pallette and stick to it. Please bring as many of the items that we are requesting as you can. We only want to make you look good so that you can potentially be front and center, and not hidden behind a tree somewhere. See you on the set!
